  •  Low cost system for eliminating condensation on automatic applicators.
  • Small, compact design will fit into any new or existing application.
  • Perfect for manual applications requiring clean, dry air.

In automated finishing systems, ambient temperature, on high-speed applicators, is hard to maintain due to the expansion of pressurized air, this results in condensation. The Ransburg Air Heater is designed to reduce, or eliminate, condensation that may form in or on air turbines used on many rotary atomizers, such as the Aerobell 168 and RMA Series applicators.

The Ransburg Air Heater is a low cost solution to maintain the dew point of an operating air supply, ensuring no moisture or condensation will occur on or in the applicator or associated lines. Thus reducing high voltage trip-outs and rejected parts due to excess moisture, increasing uptime and reducing maintenance. The Air Heater’s small, compact design makes it the perfect choice for new installations and easily retrofits into existing installations.

When clean, dry air is required, the Ransburg Air Heater is a reliable, low cost solution.
