Representing the very latest in advanced powder coating technology, the new MS topcoat® M4 manual powder gun offers uncompromising high performance and operational efficiency.

This new manual gun is the lightest gun in its class, yet it is packed with advanced features. Its streamlined, ultra-lightweight design is ergonomically balanced to give ease of manoeuvrability, greatly reducing operator fatigue. The inset trigger allows the operator to use one or two fingers to trigger the gun, again reducing fatigue and improving productivity.

When combined with the MS topcase S4 controller, the MS topcoat M4 produces a class-leading electrostatic charge within the powder stream ensuring high transfer efficiency. Parameter programmes and powder settings can be set from the ‘on-gun’ controls, reducing the need to leave the work area to change settings.

MS topcoat M4 is designed with a minimum number of replacement parts for ease of cleaning and simple maintenance, thus further reducing costs and ensuring reliability and long life. A wide range of extensions and accessories are available, including an easily adapted sample cup.

Take a test today and see why the exciting new MS Topcoat M4 Manual Gun offers the best value and efficiency in today’s powder coating market.

MS Corona powder guns display an excellent powder charging and extremely high degree of application. State-of-the art digital control and high voltage technology improve the penetration depth, surface finish and powder consumption. The easy-to-clean gun construction establish the prerequisites for an optimal long service life of spare parts and for a fast, automated colour change.

MS Corona Powder - Charging Principal

The high voltage on the nozzle end (electrode) is generated by the integrated high voltage cascade in the body of the gun. Between the earthed/grounded work-piece and the electrode an electrical field is formed with voltages of up to 100 kV (100,000 V) which transmits a negative charge to the individual powder particles. Due to the fact that they are all negatively charged, the powder particles repel each other and disperse them selves evenly in a fine spray cloud which then lands on the earthed work-piece. Powder particles which shoot by the work-piece remain in the electrical field and land on the reverse side of the work-piece. The little current caused is bled off by the suspension gear to the earthing. The activation and control of the guns is carried out by a digital control unit which is connected to the guns by a low voltage cable
